Spatial surveys for the Second Oval are complete under a joint GoG/OAA layout plan. Active farm revitalization efforts are underway alongside technical support requests to the Ministry of Food and Agriculture.

A phased School Board programme to strip and replace aging asbestos roofing across campus blocks, with the Administration Block prioritised first for a safer environment.

Joint government and OAA operations are active for full building rewiring and complete water supply pipeline replacement, overhauling the campus utility backbone.

The OAA funds and manages technical support systems for the school's National Science & Mathematics Quiz teams, drawing on senior alumni expertise to keep Achimota competitive.
